Apartment Type B - St. Magdalena

Prices are quoted per apartment per day:

• Type-A apartments for up to 2 people
• Type-B apartments for up to 3 people
• Type-C/D apartments for up to 4 people

Extra bed
A maximum of one additional bed per apartment can be booked: 15 € per day

Children’s cot
We will provide you with a children’s cot on request: 8 € per day

Final cleaning:

• Type-A/B apartments: 40 €
• Type-C/D apartments: 50 €

Local tax
A local tax in the amount of 2,70 € per person per day will be charged for people 14 years of age or older. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.

Pets
You are welcome to bring your little four-legged friend with you. We charge €10 per day without pet food.

Minimum and short stays
The quoted prices are applicable for a minimum 5-night stay. For a short stay of fewer than 5 nights, we charge a surcharge of 25 € per day.

Check-in/check-out
On your arrival date, your apartment is available starting from 4:00 pm (earlier is also possible upon consultation and according to availability).
On your departure date, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 am at the latest.

Terms of payment:

• Upon making your reservation, we ask that you transfer a deposit (booking guarantee) in the amount of 150 € per apartment per week to our account within 3 days.
• Your reservation only becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
• You can pay the balance during your holiday (on the day before your departure at the latest).
• We accept payment of the balance in cash or as an advance payment via bank transfer.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full.

Cancellation policy
The reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations between the 29th and 15th day before the agreed arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of cancellation in the 14 days before arrival you will pay an amount equal to the total price.

In the event of late arrival, no show or premature depart the full amount for the entire booking period will be charged.
Please inform us in good time and in writing if you are unable to start your holiday or are delayed.

Please note that in the event of cancellation, the deposit (booking guarantee) will be retained in any case.

Travel insurance
Before the start of your well-deserved holiday, something can happen. If you arrive late, don’t start your booked stay, or leave early, cancellation fees will be charged. To be exempt from any costs in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel insurance from our partner.
